Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a television arbitrator from Cuba in the shows Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the host and producer on Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" which is among the most well-loved Spanish-language programming on the network. It was a finalist for an Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in the year 2015. In 2015 it ranked as the highest for all the key demos. Polo, born on April 11th of 1959, Havana Cuba was a graduate of Florida International University in Political Science. After that, she received a PhD in Law from the University of Miami, and practiced for twenty years within Miami. From there she earned her PhD in law from the University of Miami and practiced law for over 20 years in the city of Miami. Polo appeared for the first time on the screen in 2001 when she was part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her expertise in law was also utilized for other court-related programs. It won both the Critic's Prize for Literature, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain in the year 1960. Polo is a breast-cancer survivor and often gives talks to help raise money. Polo has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights throughout her career. She has been in the Florida Bar since 1987 and graduated in law from University of Miami School of Law.
