Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is a Canadian actress and comedian based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known to television audiences for her role as Dina Fox on the sitcom Superstore. Ash is also a grad at Second City Toronto Mainstage as well as Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is two of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006, and she also won the award for Best Performance by a Female - Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015, she won the award for Best Female Performance in the Feature Film for her character Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She also appeared on the Prank-show "Scare Techniques". Lauren hosts her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside Christy Oxborrow.
